Terms of Service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the KiddyNest website and to any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us

KiddyNest is an online store based in Canada, selling kids toys and gifts. You can contact us at kiddynestonlinestore@gmail.com. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

Products

We work hard to show our products accurately, including photos and descriptions. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and small variations in packaging or design may occur. Product descriptions, including age recommendations and safety notes, should be followed when using any item.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items at the prices shown. We accept payment through the payment methods shown at checkout, including PayPal. An order is confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or product information; in that case, you will be refunded in full.

Prices

Prices may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time of your order.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details on returns, replacements, and refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KiddyNest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, except where required by consumer protection law in your region.
