Shipping Policy

KiddyNest ships to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and other supported countries. All prices in our store are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, where tracking is available for your destination.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on your location and the shipping carrier. As a guide, most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days after shipping. Remote or rural addresses may take longer. The exact shipping cost and estimated delivery for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Standard shipping rates (all in CAD):

Canada: Standard $4.95, free standard shipping on orders $50 and over
United States: Standard $5.95, free standard shipping on orders $60 and over
United Kingdom: Standard $6.95, free standard shipping on orders $65 and over
Australia and New Zealand: Standard $7.95, free standard shipping on orders $70 and over
Rest of world: Standard $9.95, free standard shipping on orders $75 and over

Tracking

Most orders include tracking. If your tracking shows no movement for several days, this is normal while a package is in transit between countries — please allow extra time before contacting us.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply in your country. These charges are the customer responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address you provided, we can resend it, but you will need to pay the shipping cost again.
